
ABOUT YVES
Born in France, Yves Ropagnol developed a passion for gastronomy and hospitality from an early age, inspired by family gatherings and the art of bringing people together through food.
After graduating from catering school in Grenoble, he continued his training at the prestigious Ferrandi Paris (ESCF), one of France’s leading schools of culinary arts and hospitality management, where he specialised in event catering and hospitality operations.
Yves began his career working across a wide range of high-end restaurants and large-scale events in France, including experience within Michelin-starred environments and internationally recognised events such as the Roland-Garros tournament in Paris.
Following a period living and working in Australia, Yves settled in London in 2007, which has since become home. Over nearly two decades, he has built extensive experience across premium hospitality, fine dining, multi-site restaurant operations, and luxury events.
His career has included the management and delivery of large-scale corporate and private events, alongside leadership roles within busy hospitality businesses, combining operational excellence with a refined and guest-focused approach.
